In this training, we aware the producer of their rights, rights for working environment and develop their understanding about labor laws. This helps them understand the basic rules and benefits for labor. They come to know their responsibility and employer’s responsibility. This all centers on the training i.e. worker’s rights. Producer members are told about United Nations, International Labor Organization, Formal & Informal Sector, Employees Old Age benefit Institution (EOBI), EOBI Formula, EOBI online registration, and the process of receiving pension.
